Julie is the Publisher of Natural Triad Magazine. Our mission is to provide information and resources to help members of our community live a healthy, active, sustainable lifestyle. Each issue contains information on natural health, nutrition, fitness, personal growth, green living and creative expression and the products and services that support a healthy, happy, prosperous life. Established in April 2004, Natural Triad is found in over 600 Triad locations and currently boasts a monthly readership of 120,000+.

Julie serves as Advisory Chair of the Center for Integrative Medicine at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. She and her husband also own iComDesign, which is a web development company, established in 1996.
